These may include planned activity groups, community groups, or others. The volunteers will ensure their information is updated regularly and they have sufficient knowledge of equipment and services that are available. For new referrals, client and referrer information may be collected in hard copy and will be discussed with the Service Engagement Officer who will make direct contact with the client or referrer to discuss needs of the client. It is not the presenter’s role to make appointments. The volunteers may be required to drive.
