This year, with a few exceptions, Vision Australia offices will be closed from 5pm Friday December 22, 2023 and will reopen on Monday January 8, 2024.
Our National Contact Centre will be closed from 5pm Friday December 22, 2023 and reopen 9am Tuesday January 2, 2024 AEDT. Limited services will be available from January 2 – January 5, 2024.

The Vision Store team’s last working day with be Friday December 22, 2023, with in-store sales ceasing at 12pm. Online orders made after Friday, December 22 will not be processed until Monday, January 8 2024.
All Vision Store offices will re-open on Monday January 8.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) queue (1300 36 54 92) will be operating for DVA clients from 9am–5pm AEDT excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
The Library (1800 00 59 65, 1300 65 46 56), Donations (1800 42 20 77, 1800 42 20 07), and Seeing Eye Dogs (1800 03 77 73), will also be open from 9.00am – 5.00pm AEDT from January 2 to 5.
Disability Employment Services will be providing services through the Christmas closure. Clients will be emailed before shutdown with relevant contact details.
